Good manufacture Practice ( GMP )

Description: During her participation in the Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) Course, Eng. Aya Rabie Ahmed demonstrated a high level of engagement and active participation throughout the training program. She successfully developed comprehensive layout diagrams for a food manufacturing facility, taking into consideration site location and all factors affecting food safety. In addition, she effectively designed personnel and material flow diagrams to minimize the risk of cross-contamination. Eng. Aya also demonstrated strong capability in developing a pest control program to protect the facility in accordance with GMP requirements. By the end of the course, Eng. Aya proved her ability to effectively apply all GMP programs in practice, which enabled her to pass the final examination with an excellent score of 86.5%. Furthermore, she showed outstanding leadership skills and served as the team leader of her group throughout the course duration.
